Greetings from Marie Antoinettes Petite Trianon near Versailles
This is Marie Antoinettes hamlet at her playground she made for her and her children. The thatched roof was very typical of those in Austria of her childhood. Can you even imagine that little water wheeling spinning.................................... moving the water through the canal and out to the main waters........................... that land right in front of her very chic tiled music conservatory? Can you imagine the doors thrown open with music spilling out with childrens laughter as the crescendo? I am imagining that today and it makes the grey day after the 80 degree weather a little more bearable. I AM OFF TO THE LAND OF MARIE ANTOINETTE IN 15 DAYS!!!
Simply Heaven on Earth! So excited for you, this will be the best trip yet.I can't wait to see what you bring home.I am sure it will all be fantabulous~Cheers Kim
Is this place real or just a dream? Wow, beautiful. I hope you have a wonderful trip! Mangez bien, riez souvent, amour beaucoup...maybe some day I can say this without using babelfish HA! Hugs Amy :)
It is better than Versailles Palace! My favorite sight near Paris. Also follow my link to flea marketing in France post...lots of great ideas http://vintagestationvs.blogspot.com/2011/07/more-on-flea-markets-in-france.html
I am a Christian woman saved by Grace living in a fallen world. I am trying to grow and be shaped into our Loving Fathers image but that is not always easy...that is were the Mercy and Grace comes in.I have four wonderful children and the most loving husband you could ever ask for. I went to France for the first time on my 40th Birthday and have been 6 times now and have recently started a small flea market out of an outbuilding on our property .We live in a 1886 Victorian on a few acres outside of Portland Oregon.
